Adelaide Airport Delivery

Provided we are given enough notice, we can arrange to deliver your hire items to your chosen car rental company at the Adelaide Airport.

Once your booking is confirmed, we can liaise with the car rental company to confirm the delivery.

Delivery and collection to/from Adelaide Airport is $80.

Bond Payments

Not all items require a bond payment. Bond payments are for larger items or for long-term hires. This will be noted on the items product page and you will need to add it to your cart seperately.

Cancellations, Postponing Dates & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing (to: admin@babyandtoddlerhire.com.au).

For a full refund, a minimum notice of five full business days is required at the time of your written cancellation request.

If your cancellation request is within five full business days of your hire commencement date, you will be partially refunded 50% of the total amount paid, as well as your delivery fee and bond (if applicable).

Postponing Dates

Provided the items are available on your new dates, we are happy to postpone your order at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for returning equipment early.

Before your rental period begins, we ensure every piece of equipment undergoes a thorough quality check. We document this process by taking photographs and videos of all items before they leave our premises. Should you receive any equipment in a damaged state, we kindly request that you inform us within the first day of your rental period, accompanied by photographic proof of the damage. Refunds in this instance will be judged case by case at our discretion.

Can you install the car seat or capsule for us?

In short, no, but we can provide instructions on how to install it yourself, or recommend a qualified installation service.

Condition and Cleaning

All equipment is purchased new, so we know the history of the item.

Each item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between hires. You are welcome to spot clean your items during your hire, but please do not use any chemicals that could damage the item. If in doubt, call or email us.

If the items returned require extensive cleaning (i.e. stubborn stain removal) OR cannot be cleaned to their original state, you will be charged for the extra cleaning or to replace the item.

All damaged items are recycled and replaced.

Customer Collection/Pick-Up

You can choose to collect your hire items from us, for free.

You can send someone on your behalf to collect those items too, just let us know who prior to the collection.

Our address will be provided via email or text prior to your collection.

Delivery to a Hotel, Airbnb, Holiday Rental or a Residential Property

We do offer deliveries to hotels, Airbnbs, Holiday Rentals and residential properties, for a fee.

Extend Your Hire

You are able to extend your hire providing that the item is not already booked for those dates. Either email or call us to arrange.

Minimum Hire Period

Each product page will have its own minimum hire period. If you would like to hire an item for shorter or longer than advertised, please get in touch.

Our Location

We are located in Hallett Cove, South Australia.

Roughly 40 minutes South West from Adelaide city, and 30 minutes South from Adelaide Airport.

Short and Long Term Hire

We offer both short and long term hires. Each product page offers pricing for both.

Stolen or Damaged Equipment

If a hire item is stolen whilst in your care, we will require a written police report. If the item was not stored safely, in a secure spot, you will be charged for the replacement of the item.

Likewise, if an item is damaged whilst in your care, you will be charged for replacement of the item.

All items are thoroughly checked before each hire to ensure they are in working condition and undamaged. We take photos and/or videos of your items before your hire to ensure items come back in the same condition.

Upon receipt of your items, please inspect them to ensure all are in good working condition. Please report any discrepancies in the first day of your hire (with photos) to ensure no misunderstanding at the end of your hire.
